Diamonds Are Forever Web Experience







Overview

As a designer at AKQA, I led the experience design for the Diamonds Are Forever 55th Anniversary Release web launch — an immersive product experience created to showcase The Macallan’s limited-edition whisky celebrating 55 years of the iconic Bond film. The scroll-driven interactive experience translates the product story, film heritage, and cask innovation into a cinematic digital journey, combining narrative storytelling, sensory detail, and crafted visual layers. The site launched alongside the global release on February 3rd 2026 and serves as the primary storytelling platform for the product.









My role

  • Designed the end-to-end experience and visual system
  • Led client walkthroughs and experience reviews
  • Shaped the motion language and scroll-based storytelling
  • Delivered production-ready Lottie files and GSAP text animation code
